I am so sad and worried about our case and still in AP .... Since 19 Dec 2011 ... I don`t know what gonna happen No Update from Embassy and they`re not telling anything that how long its gonna done I hope to hear from embassy soon Inshallah I pray for people who`re in AP Stuck in Pakistan ... I just miss my wife so much :(( Please I need pray and Anyone Know that How I am gonna find out from DOS ... is that DOS Number ? 1-202-663-1225 ? please tell me Thanks

Yes that is the DOS number

It's very normal for men from pakistan to receive AP

Be patient.. you just started your AP it takes some time to complete. So many ppl are with you in this... yes call DOS and ask but you may not get anything but pending status..they can't tell you how long it will take, they usually don't tell you what the updates were if there were any... they can't tell you anything about what they are doing. Best thing to do is continue your life make your relationship with your wife as normal as possible for long distance and pray. We will be 8 months of ap on FEb 15th. It can last anywhere from a few weeks to months and in rare cases over a year. Just hang in there...nothing else you can do but call DOS make email inquiries to the embassy and wait... best of luck to you ...AP does have an end...

03/07/2013 Case returned to USCIS waiting for NOIR/reaffirmation

04/18/2013 USCIS received case for review

08/19/2013 Received NOIR to respond by 9/18/2013

9/9/2013 Responded to NOIR/USCIS received documents awaiting response

9/20/2013 USCIS reaffirmed sent to embassy

1/04/14 Case opened for review

8/31/15 Interview- no questions visa approved on the spot

9/8/15 visa status issued

9/10/15 visa received

9/19/15 POE Charlotte

11/19/2011: I-130 Sent

11/25/2011: NOA1 email notification received.

11/28/2011: Petition touched

04/27/2012: NOA2 email notification received.

NVC:

05/07/2012: NVC received

05/30/2012: Called NVC to receive Case # & IIN

XX/XX/2012: AOS bill invoiced and paid

XX/XX/2012: AOS package mailed

XX/XX/2012: AOS Receipt Paid

XX/XX/2012: DS-3032 acceptance e-mail received

XX/XX/2012: IV bill invoiced; IV bill

XX/XX/2012: IV fee

XX/XX/2012: IV fee bill appears PAID

XX/XX/2012: DS-230 delivered to NVC

XX/XX/2012: CASE COMPLETE

Embassy:

XX/XX/2012: Embassy received

XX/XX/2012: Interview scheduled

XX/XX/2012: Medical

XX/XX/2012: Interview

XX/XX/2012: Visa received

Hardest Thing is Administration Process.... that you will never ever know when this is gonna be done in your case :( I miss my wife so much and This Administration Process... Make us Apart from each orther .... We love each orther and we need to be together ..... God blesss us and bless everyone :( Please pray for us people I do pray for everyone :(
