hello VJ's,

I am little nervous about my upcoming K1 visa interview on 08th feb at Delhi embassy. I have all the evidence ready like photos,phone call bills,e-mails,trip itineraries of both of us together. My fiancee is also going with me for my Interview and I think It will also helps. I am just worried because I saw on Visa journey website that Delhi embassy don't issue K1 visa easily. Please give me any suggestion which helps me for my Interview.

Pray before you leave for interview,Take a deep breath,dress well,be confident and get there early. God is with you,so don't be nervous!! He never start something for us to finish not. Have a faith in your God. Good Luck. You are in my prayers!!!

-March 7,2012 The Petition Forwarded to Consulates:)
-March 23,2012 Packet 3 and 4 Received.
-April 3,2012 Visa Approved
-April 20,2012 VISA in my Hand.Yey. smile.pngsmile.png
-April 25,2012 My Flight and My POE is JFK
-August 03,2012 AOS filed
-August 28,2012 RFE
-September 05,2012 RFE sent and They received it on Sept.13th
-October 10,2012 EAD approved
-October 18,2012 EAD card in the mail.Yey

-September 6,2013 Green card APPROVED!!!!

India (especially Delhi) doesn't issue K1 to Indian/non-Indian couples very easily. Based on your names, you probably won't have too much trouble.

If the Petitioner attends the interview, he/she should be prepared to also answer questions.

You may get grilled but unless you're missing evidence requiring an RFE, you probably won't have any trouble. If the Beneficiary is the male or either of you are Muslim, you should expect to go into AP for an additional background check.
