AOS - I864 questions...

Hello people,

I am in the process of filling out I-864 for wife's parents who are in india. I read the instructions and everything,

but something is still not cleared?

I understand that I will have to file two I-864s form, correct?

Now, in the part 2, about principal immigrant, I would put my father's information and

on the application for my mom, i would put her information right..???

part 3, question # 9, do i leave this empty..??? On the form it says do not include any relative listed on a separate visa application..

but i am not sure how to interpret this.

Yes, leave that section blank. That section is intended to be used for people who are or will be getting a derivative visa based on the same petition as the principal immigrant. Immediate relative visas like the IR5 do not allow for any derivatives, so nobody can or should be listed there.
