Hello Everyone,

I recently married a US citizen and am getting ready to complete the I-130 and I-485. I am currently on an H1_B visa. I have a couple of questions regarding the I-130 that I hope someone can help me with:

Part C

#17: This question asks my husband to list my children. Do we have to list my children if they are not going to part of the petition? My children both have green cards already and so do not need sponsorship.

#19: This question asks for my address abroad. Do I need to list this if I have lived in the U.S for the past 11 years?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
