WHO DO I SEND MY EXPEDITED REQUEST TOO?

I am in the United States Navy in Japan. I have already mailed off the I-130 for my wife and got an email from the USCIS on Jan 17. I have an expedite letter from my Commanding Officer. Who do I fax/mail this too? I appreciate the inputs!

my husband is in the US army and all he did was call USCIS and explain the circumstances and they didnt even require any proof and our expedite was approved in 3 days.

When we got to the NVC stage we had to email a copy of the memorandum from his batalltion commander to get expedited so make sure to keep it safe!

It may not work that way for everybody so if you have been told otherwise then i apologise i cant be much more help but if you havent already called USCIS and asked for an expedite via phone then i strongly suggest you do Best of luck!

Call USCIS and inform them you want to request an expedite etc.

Yes Call USCIS, You can do a Request to Expedite on the phone, with a decision within 5 days. Thank you for serving this Great Nation!!

Yup, call USCIS, get an ISO.

Once you have an ISO, tell them you want a MILITARY EXPEDITE.

Then, that ISO will tell you EXACTLY how to send over the documents they need from you.
