A thought-provoking video http://addicted2success.com/success-advice/video-ric-elias-3-things-i-learned-while-my-plane-crashed/

"In January 2009, Ric Elias, a front-seat passenger of Flight 1549 came face to face with death as his plane crash-landed in the Hudson River. Ric Elias shares publicly, for the first time, what went through his mind as the doomed plane went down. He reflects on how this event has helped him connect the dots in his life and how his goals and perspectives have changed through such an eye opening experience."

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

1. Airplanes get you there fast. Even when crippled with failed engines, an airplane will get you to the crash site 30 minutes before the paramedics.

2. In case of a water landing...hope you can swim

3. This is why John Madden takes a bus.
