Can anyone recommend a good place to get U.S. regulation visa photos taken? I just had my Canadian ones done for my passport renewal but Canadian passport photos are larger than 2x2.

Thanks!

Most places where you can get Canadian style passport photos will do American style ones. Just ask them for American photos. If they don't know what that is just say 2"x2". They cut them out themselves most of the time anyways.

I had mine done at Zellers, but many other places will do them too- Wal Mart, Shoppers, Costco, photo stores in malls, etc. If you have a printer that works with photo paper and a digital camera you could even do them yourself.

Costco does a nice job and they are very reasonable (7 dollars?) just make sure they know you want the 2x2 ones.

When i was in Windsor I had them done at Walmart. I can't quite remember how much it was but it was under 30$ for them.Just make sure you specifiy the size..if i remember they let me see them to make sure they were ok. I think i even printed out the requirements for them showing how much space etc had to be around the head.

Damn I got my normal ones done at Costco today... wish I had known :(

I just cut my canadian sized ones down to 2x2 for my medical and interview and had no issues with them. Just make sure to take off equal amounts off of each side so that you stay centered!

Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Costco :) They're all pretty obliging and understand the need for different sizes.
