I'm not familiar with Philippines specific info but I don't see why not. I don't think they can tell who filled in the form (probably don't care either) if it is done on a computer and printed out. She will have to put her signature in the required spaces before sending them in. I believe the registrations for Philippine interviews are done online and you will need your MNL case number to do that, so I would think you probably can do that too. Maybe someone from that country will correct me. You'll have to call the NVC and speak to a person to get your MNL number. That could take up to 15 days from NOA2. Good luck.

You can fill out the forms. Just don't put that you prepared them if there is a prepared by block on them. I did it for my fiancee in the Philippines and she pinted them out, paid her VISA fees prior to the interview and took everything that was in the k1 Interview preparation packet that you can get from the Embassy website. Good Luck.

Thank you very much Richard. So to the question: "Was the application prepared by another on your behalf" I should answer NO. Right? Also after my fiance paid for teh visa fees, can I register to the visa interview website and set the interview date? Will that be an issue? Thank you for your input...

Stating "no" if you did it is fraud. I do not think anyone at this page should encourage that! With that said, be prepared that your fiance might be asked about the forms and the content so she needs to be able to understand, explain etc everything on them.
