I have all vaccination and medical records from Canada in a sealed envelope. I requested an extra copy of entire package when I had my medical for the K-1 done. Do I still have to find a USCIS Dr. to put his stamp on it or it should be o.k. since it is sealed and stamped by Dr. that was approved for K-1 exams in Canada?

Thanks

As long as your medical exam in Canada was less than one year from the date you submit your AOS application, another medical is not necessary in the U.S. If you have a copy of the Vaccination Worksheet from your medical exam in Canada, that should suffice.

Good luck for a speedy AOS process.

Thank you both! Since everything is in a sealed envelope, I am not sure what to do as far as keeping a copy for myself. That is the only vaccination record I have and am wondering what if they lose it. Any advice?
