Hi everyone

ireally need help but first iwould liiike to share my story with you ihavee been married on March 2009 and we did file K3 but after ihad 2interview but the consulate give me 221g then they send our case to uscis after for one year 2month of wait and send everything uscis asked for we got denied then in July we did file CR1 we got our NOA1 on July 5 but still no NOA2 yet it have been 201day now we have been call congressman and senator and both of them got same answer from uscis that our case with officer now and its take longer cause they need to check the old case and new case but we have been heard that for month now but there is nothing next week will be 7months of NOA1 its almost 3years of our married and we still wait ireally dont know what we can do now. its more than month uscis told us that our case with officer what officer doing with the case for more than month?????? ibe happy to get some advices or help the Question is WHAT I CAN DO? uscis drive us crazy :angry: :angry: :angry:

I am sorry for your denial and now your wait.

The wait is normal right now.

Please fill in your timeline and then at the bottom of your timeline on your profile page you will see what date to expect your noa2. It will help you. At least fill in the beneficiary country so your question will be seen by all members of that country and they can tell you how long theirs is taking.

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
