Hi,

I'm trying to figure out whether I need to include two biometrics fees or not.

One for I-485 and one for I-765. OR just one combined.

Please let me know what everyone is doing as far as payment for biometric when submitting AOS application along with I-765 for EAD.

Thanks............

hi there

for the AOS combine that fee with the biometrics on one cheque

and for the EAD its another cheque

with sending two cheques if there is anything wrong like a mistake on the cheque or your petition they just send the RFE for one application and the other one can carry on with the procedure..

good luck

I'm going to creat two checks

: one for $395 (for AOS and its biometric)

: second for $180 (for EAD)

Is this correct? Or do I have to add another $70 to EAD check with total amount of $250 instead of $180?

Thanks..........

The biometrics fee is for AOS only, and you combine it with the AOS fee for one total cheque.

Biometrics for the EAD are included in the EAD fee, so you do not have to add $70 to the total.
