Upon reading some of members post here, i was wondering why some people that had filed F2A & got approve LATER than me had gone far already like they have paid & submitted ds-230 & i-864 docs other fees, & just waiting for their interviews, while me, i really don't know why no action taken yet to my application. My LPR mom had filed for my F2A Oct 1,2010 & was approved March 3,2011. My mom received from NVC lately it says: MNL#.....P3AU.... & nothing fallows.

Vjer's can you pls advise me, should my mom have to wait for NVC packet or should she initiate on her own?

Your fellow VJers,

Pipay

Perhaps, in some cases the petitioners have adjusted status and become a USC. That's one of the reasons why petitions speed up. Just a thought.
