I just got finish reply to a VJer about their situation with a RFE. I am no expert but I think reading others experiences going through the K-1 visa and mine knowledge I thought was helpful! Then, I happend to look at the person timeline and saw that they just file back in Dec. 2011 and recieved a RFE about couple of weeks later because the lack of evidence meeting. This is what drives me nuts about the waiting game to get approved. It is so inconsistency on they handle petitions. :bonk: I know that some are waiting 5,6, 12 months to get approved! Wow, one petition was approved in 30 days! :wow: I know I have to wait my turn but the fact somebody in Vermont looked at this person filing a petition and said," you need proof meeting!" So, Vermont sent a RFE!. I just wish their was more information on people petitions and where it is the chain of processing. Well, I hope to hear something soon because I am trying to my fiance' positive during this process!

I know u talking about me. Thanks for the support! I guess I was wrong about this website. Next time ask before you go talking about stuff you have no idea about!!! You have no idea what my situation is.

wow i think you just totally took that the wrong way. the OP wasnt criticising you... he is criticising the way USCIS works and the fact that no one knows what is happening with their case. what frustrates people is that this process doesnt seem to work on a first come first served basis even though it is supposed to... and it does in its own messed up way.

relax :)

To Michou86! Yes, I was talking about your situation but not in the way you think! Lots of people submit petitions just waiting to hear something on their case! I don't wish to have RFE but it would be nice to know that my petition got touched at some point. I would just like to hear something. It has not been 4 months yet so I really can't force my will to make them approve or disapprove my case before any other person. You at least get a chance to fix you problem and maybe get to move forward on getting you visa. I am sorry you might of been hurt with the comment. VJ is very good site for insight on your visa situation. Don't be afraid to post topic or response to one.

Good Luck!
