Recieved my NOA2!! Any Iranian applicants?

I recieved the NOA2 in the mail today!! (Well my dad did, I am finishing my last semester up at college)

For fellow Iranian K-1 visa applicants, did your fiance (beneficiary) in Iran receive a letter from Ankara asking for the forms? Or did you go online to get them? I know how the mail is over there so I was wondering...

How long does it take to be scheduled an interview for Ankara Embassy? Where can I apply for an NOA2 extentision?

I graduate in April and would like my fiance's appointment to be sometime in June or July so I have time to prepare and gather more evidence (ie. vist her one more time)

The Interview dates are as follows for the ankara embassy:

NO FEB. INTERVIEW DATE BECAUSE OF CONSTRUCTION

Furthermore this is what it says for Iranian visa wait times

Typical Wait Time (Workdays**) for a Nonimmigrant Visa To Be Processed****: 12 Weeks

What does that mean? Should I automatically be expected to be extended because it seems like with no interview dates in Feb. March and April will fill up quite fast due to an already limited amount of space to begin with.

Anything else I should do or know about Iranian applicants going through Ankara?

Thanks, Embassy sent me an email saying they received the case last week and to go online and get Packet 3.

Do you have an answer to my question about delaying the interview till July? How can I go about doing this?

My NOA2 expires in May and I need till end of March to get all the forms ready because I am waiting on my fiance's passport to be able to fill out one of the forms that asks for passport# and expiration date. Plus I don't graduate till April and I need time to be able to have everything ready and prepare her for her interview.
