hello everyone I just want to make sure if ever there was a person who tries F2a visa? is it true that you can get the visa before the LPR become a citizen I know anyone who has had F2A ,if a person has had this experience help us plz i wana be sure that i still have a chance to get a visa , i am tired and axausted over this waiting ( my PD is marche 2010)

you'll be current on maximum 6 months they're moving 2 months/VB and as answer to your question , YEAH so many people got their visas as they're still LPR and you'll be one of them

Are you certain that cut-off date is moving 2 months per VB?

it's "1 to 2 months" i.e. 2 months at a time at BEST.

you're right it's one to 2 months , but it was 4 to 6 week and they were moving by 6 = 1.5 month , now while they said 1 to 2 months i strongly believe that they'll make it 2! and again the fact that they're moving it's really a good thing.

and i believe after finishing all the allowed numbers for last year they will move even faster while they're getting some new visas.

at this time we can only predict it makes us or me at least feel a little better !

you're really optimistic and it gives me great pleasure, the year 2010 they made a surprising move and I hope that our PD coming soon, just another question how much time it takes once our PD is curent for an interview? i hope that will be a short duration
