It's asking me if I have ever been arrested and then it asks if I have ever sold drugs etc. Yes I was arrested for a traffic violation but never for drugs. Should I check the box for YES or NO? Also in the same section it asks if I attended an elementary school on student status (F). Yes I attended elementary in the US after December 30 1996 But I Dont Know what status (F) means. What should I check there? Yes or no? Someone please help, I would greatly appreciate this. Thank you in advance

I Dont Know Why It put a flower instead of an {f} like I meant it to sorry. *it's student status {f}

If you was arrested you answer yes, as it will show on your police report and they will see what were you arrested for.

As far as school is concerned "F" status is a student visa. So you answer based on the situation that you attended the school.

I attenended the school on a tourist visa tho. Should I mark yes?

The question is, "Have you ever attended a U.S. public elementary school on student 'F' status?"

Is a tourist visa a student visa?

Where is the confusion?

You would not mark yes, since you did not attend a US public school using a student F visa.
