Try to go today and explain yourself.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

Senator Barack Obama
Senate Floor Speech on Public Debt

Yes, go there, and/or call the 1800 number and reschedule another appointment for your biometrics. You can explain to them what happened.

Call 1-800-375-5283 - don't push any buttons - you will listen to the spanish and english versions but just hang on and you'll eventually get routed to a cust serv rep. Let them know that you would like to reschedule your biometrics and tell them why. Goodluck!

I didnt get my letter in time and I missed the appointment by 3 weeks. I just showed up at the support center as soon as i could and they let me in. I think if you have an appointment letter they'll still see you. If that doesnt work you can always reschedule your appointment.
