I've been in the US for about 6 mos since I got my CR1 visa. I'm going to the Philippines for a two weeks vacation. I would like to change my passport to my married name. I'd like to know how and also do I need to change my US visa to my married name too that's attached on my passport?

You need to go to a passport center in our area within 14 days of travel.

Sorry misread, I think you can change everything, haven't look at it, good research project.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

You should be able to get your passport amended at the Philippines Embassy/Consulate.

Or, you can go to one of the Embassy/Consulate outreach programs when they come to your area. Check their website.

To the best of my knowledge, you don't need to worry about your visa. It's already been used, and you can't use it again.
