has anyone ever not recieved there packet 3?

I contacted my fiance's Embassy in Cairo via email and i wanted to know when they mailed out my fiance's Visa Application Information packege ( packet 3) and they responded to me (after sending them altogether 8 emails) today and told me that they mailed his V.A.I.P ( packet 3) on August 31st and he has not recieved it yet. His address is correct so i know there is no problem there. I contacted my lawyer (useless) and told him about the situation he told me to email them again saying i did not recieve anything nor my fiancee. Uh maybe i am wrong but i thought that was his job!!!!!! anyways i seen forms online at the Consular website for Cairo i am wondering if i can download these forms and use them i know already all that he needs to send to the Embassy, but i am not sure if i can do this. I emailed the Embassy again today telling them we did not recieve anything but i would like to dowload these forms if i can and get started on these forms. Any advice in advance would be appreciated. Thank you

7/19/2006----VSC recieved RFE (IMBRA).

7/20/2006----touched

8/18/2006----touched

8/18/2006----NOA2!!!!!! THANK YOU GOD!!!!

8/18/2006----VSC sent our petition to NVC.

8/19/2006----touched

8/22/2006----NVC recieved our petition.

8/23/2006----NVC sent our petition to Cairo Embassy.

8/25/2006----Recieved NOA2 Approval letter in the mail.

8/28/2006----Recieved NVC letter with new case number.

8/31/2006----Cairo Embassy recieved our petition.

9/24/2006----I emailed the Embassy reguarding my fiance's packet 3.

10/17/2006--Cairo sent packet 3 for the second time to my fiance. First one was never recieved.

10/19/2006--Packet 3 recieved.

12/20/2006--Packet 3 sent.

12/21/2006--Cairo Embassy recieved packet 3.

2/21/2007---Packet 4 recieved.

3/12/2007---Interview (He Passed)!

3/12/2007---Administrative Processing begins.............God please help me get through this!

7/17/2007---Our 2 Year Anniversay!!!

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!

Hello!

Well, my case is a little bit different from K-3... I thought something wrong was g oing on because I didn't receive packet 3... and this week I got packet 4!!! So I called the embassy and they said they decided not to send packet 3 ..and there's no need to send it... I just have to prepare packet 4. I don'k know if it applys to your case. I just want to post this here and tell our frieds from VJ that thhis might happen.

I hope you get news from embassy soon!!!

My fiance had never received his packet 3... because they had the wrong address. So, what my fiance did was.. He went to the embassy in Delhi, India and submitted Ds-230 Part -I as told by one of the representative there... and after submitting that... he was given an interview date.

** Try emailing them... and try to sort things out. **** Hopefully you hear good news soon.

K-1 Journey....

07/21/2006 - NOA 2

08/23/2006 - INTERVIEW SUCCESSFUL!! (Day 99)[/b]

08/24/2006 - Visa Issued......08/30/2006 --- Visa in HAND !!!

09/02/2006 - REUNITED

09/21/2006 - Mailed out I-485 Package to Chicago.

10/02/2006 - NOA recevied

10/06/2006 - Letter Received for Biometrics

10/10/2006 - Biometric's Done !!! Appointment for Biometric's originally was on 10/14/2006

10/23/2006 - Case Transfered to CSC

10/27/2006 - Case received at CSC

11/09/2006 - E-mail recevied from CRIS saying AOS Approved and welcome notice mailed.

11/14/2006 - An approval letter mailed.

11/15/2006 - Green Card Received !!

8/15/2008 - Mailed out I-751 Package to Nebreska. (mail fwd to Cali)

8/21/2008 - Package delivered.

8/25/2008 - Check Cashed/Cleared.

8/29/2008 - NOA Received.
