Philippines DS-230

Hi

Does anyone know what documents are to be sent with ds-230 part I and II for the Philippines? I would like to use the short cuts, but I am unclear as to what documents are required...Philippines is one of those countries listed as needing other things.....anyone?

The link below gives you all the documents that are required to be sent to NVC with the DS-230 for those having to submit parts I & II.

Instructions for Immigrant Visa Applicants (applying in Albania, Canada, Lebanon, Philippines, Turkey, United Arab Emirates or on the continent of Africa)

When one is required to submit both parts 1 & II and all documents listed in the above link, the NVC reviews all documents and schedules the interview. Part 1 should only be signed not part II as that has to be signed at the interview stage in front of the conof.
