After NVC received the case and have a case number, do I have to pay the affividate of support fee in order to continue the process to the consulate?

If you are a K-1 then no. I believe that only CR-1's do that

no. AOS fees are for I-864s solely submitted into NVC for CR-1/IR-1 visa types. Yer filing an I-134, instead, back to the US Consulate IV Unit in Guangzhou, China.

DO NOTE that there is another fee, the visa application fee, to be paid at CITIC, ya bring the receipt in ..

Like D said, you are good to go, bring your receipt just in case. Good Luck on your interview.

You will have a Visa fee, my wife got her shots and x-rays done in China, no problems when we filed for AOS.
