I am US Citizen and applying for Mothers Greencard.

These are the documents that i am submitting.

Can you take a look at the document list below and let me know if i am missing anything?

Also, is there a legal expert who i can email the completed forms to take a look?

1. Cover Letter (stating application type, application forms being submitted, supporting documents etc)

2. Form G 1145

3. Form I - 130

Money Order - $420

My (USC) Birth Certificate Copy

Naturalization Certificate Copy

My US Passport Copy (Is this needed?)

Nilesh 2 passport size photos

4. Form I - 485

Money Order - $ 985+ $ 85

Moms2 Passport size Photos

Mothers Non-Availability Certificate (dont have her birth certificate)

2 Affidavits of Support (from her Mother and Father)

Mothers School Leaving Certificate Copy

Medical Exam Closed Packet

Mothers Passport Copy (all three passports)

I 94 Front and Back Copy

5. Form I 864

Copies of 2010, 2009, 2008 IRS Transcripts

Employer Offer Letter (From Aug 2011)

Recent 3 Months Paystubs

I am not putting down a co sponsor. Is it advised?

Employer Immigration Letter

6. Form 131 (Advance Parole/Travel Document)

Separate sheet of Paper - explaining that Mother qualifies for Advanced Parole as she is

applying for I 485

Applying for Multiple Entry Advance Parole (is that a bad idea?)

Moms 2 passport size photos

7. Form G 325 A - for Nilesh

8. Form G 325 A - for Mother

Just so there are no mistakes on advise you get

Is you mother here now and when does her visa expire ( what type of visa )

The affidavit of support are her parents in the US as either citizens or LPR's or do you mean some other thing because you talk about the I 864 right after

Are you 21 or more ( sorry but with 3 generations involved I want to be sure )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Nilesh>> Yes my mother is here in USA with me. Her Visa expires on Jan 22, 2011 but her I 94 expires on Feb 2nd 2012.

Sorry i meant Birth affidavit are from her Parents (who reside in India). I got those because we dont have my mothers birth certificate. Also yes i am 36 years old and just recently became US Citizen (hence applying for my mothers greencard)
