AOS from K1 - How long does it take?

Hello All,

Please can anyone give me an average time it takes to hear from CSC when a case of AOS is sent there? I noticed they do not have a processing time for AOS from K1 on the uscis website.

I know they transfer cases to CSC to hasten the process but how long on average will a case be with them after biometrics.

Many thanks for you responses!!!

A lot of people lately seem to be getting approved in 2-3 months. There's really no set time frame though, different for everyone especially if you get RFE or something

Sorry, i just re read your post, i read it wrong, lol. When i said 2-3 months i mean from sending it until approval. Sorry

Thanks for the replies. I'm just wondering as I have not heard anything since 10/03 when I had my biometric. I have since received my EAD. I am now planning to travel out of the states in April and thinking if I should go ahead and apply for advance parole or just wait for the green card.

Hi guys i need some help i'm confused.. I see that many of you finished their adjustment of status based on K-1 visa in less than 4 months. My case has been sent to the CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER and it's been over 5 months now since my bio-metrics were taken. I still have not heard anything from them. If anyone had their case processed in the California service center can you tell me how long it really took you. I checked the time line on it and it takes over 20 month which does not make any sense while other services finish them in less than 4 months. PLEASE HELP. .. Thank you!
