i have read the instructions and posts.

im going to send via mail to my fiance the following documents.

1. INTENT TO MARRY withint 90 days. she will sign and return. English and spanish versions.

2. FOR G-325A. She will sign and return.

she will send back forms with

3. PASSPORT STYLE PHOTOGRAPH

did i miss anything?

If she visited you, than photocopies of her passport stamps. If not, don't worry about that.

...those were the only things my fiance sent to me, and we just received our NOA2 with no RFEs.

thank you thankyou. these documents looke like pdf documents. im thinking of emailing them and having her just ship them back all fileed out and signed. would that work?

Yeah. That's what I did as well. My fiance filled out the required documents on his computer, printed them out, and signed them. It took about 2 weeks for them to get to me from his country...of course, all countries will vary :)

E-mail is a good idea as it will probably cut your mailing time in half. Good luck in your process!

One more question. did your fiance notarize the g325a form? im not going to have her notarize it, because i dont see that suggestion here on the guides.

There's no need to notarize the form.
