Hi,

We got married in October, well within the 90 day period, but I am only just starting to file for the Adjustment of Status. I am getting a little concerned that I am too late. Did I need to do this before my I-94 expired or am I still okay if my visa is still valid?

Thanks for the help!

There is no deadline to file AOS. You should just do so as soon as possible. Your K-1 visa was null and void the day you used it to enter the US. The I-94 is what is used to determine the 90 days and your status. When it expires, you will begin to accrue overstay days, but those are forgiven once your AOS is approved. It is fine that you are filing a tad bit late.
