We just received package 3 via email-and I am comparing it with the list here on the Egyptian Consulate Package 3 forms :

( 2 ) DS-156 NON-IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION

( 1 ) DS-156K NON-IMMIGRANT FIANCE VISA APPLICATION

( 1 ) DS-157 THE SUPPLEMENTAL FORM

( 1 ) DS-158 CONTACT AND WORK HISTORY FOR NON-IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICANT

( 1 ) I-134 AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT FORM

In the email we received :

( 1 ) DS-156 NON-IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION

( 1 ) DS-156K NON-IMMIGRANT FIANCE VISA APPLICATION

( 1 ) I-134 AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT FORM

( 1 ) DS-0230

Do we need the DS-157 and DS-158? Why didnt they supply us with the forms?

Also, they said nothing about the letter of intent??

Do we need the DS-157 and DS-158? Why didnt they supply us with the forms?

I think with Cairo embassy it is always better to be over prepared and have extra documents.

Do not give them any reason to delay your visa.

Have everything they could possibly ask for and MORE

Do you know when NVC received your case and when NVC sent it to the embassy?

I am only asking because I do not see your timeline updated with that information.

Can i prepare those documents than for the interview? And not send them in now, when sending package 3 back to embassy?

the check list u got in the email is right. send those documents they asked and u have to send them via dhl u dont take them to the interview u should send everything they asked for otherwise they ll not schedule an interview if anything is missing

You must fill DS 230. Our case was delayed because they forgot to give us that form via email. When we filled and sent everything, they returned the package because that form was missing. We had to re-send everything!

Fill everything and send it.
