Well, I got 4 touches last week and I have not gotten my NOA2. My NOA1 is April 4th.

Ya, I guess in a way, I'm lucky to have filed post-IMBRA, if I were you, I'd be probably be calling my congressman and senator by now. *sigh*

Let's hope your NOA2 is in the mail, and you are one of the ones that they just forgot to email before it was sent.

Remember touches don't always mean anything!!! They could simply be moving your case from one pile to another.

right on!

AND you just filed in July...RE-LAX.

I think after this week, the majority of July applicants will have their NOA2's, and a good percentage of August NOA2's. I'm happy for everone that gets approved.

At the same time, like most everyone else, I get frustrated when I see so many people who filed after me being approved before me, and not being able to determine the reason.

If by "RE-LAX" you mean "just be happy with the fact you may have to wait another 4 months" - fat chance!

Bill

This whole touch thing is realy getting out of hand! We have seen many people get touched several times before approval, and many more who just receive the postal mail approval. I was very lucky and just received the letter through US Post and my USCIS date still hasn't changed. BUT, that doesn't mean diddly!!!! I have seen many more approvals after much touching. No one should try to make sence of this or try to declare that they know the truth behind the approval system. The reason for this Forum is to try to compare with others our gains and losses. Not to try to disaprove others hopes
