File form I-129F at the USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility.

See the I-129F Instructions (below is the link) pg 4-5, under section "Where to File" for addresses.

I-129F Instr.

so i guess from there they send it out to the state wise service centres?

They will cash the check/money order (your payment) then forward to the service center.

Be sure sign up for e-notification of case updates (Form G-1145 is the form to send with the petition for doing this). They will send you sms and emails usually everytime there is an update to your case.

Here is a link where you can go online and check your status: USCIS "My Case Status".

You may have to wait till you get your first notification with your case number before doing this though.
