Hello

I have just receved my I-130 receipt and now I'm ready to send off the I-129f I really dont know what to send to them in the way of proving my marriage to my husband, besides my marriage certificate. Do I send photos of our wedding and some of our emails and conversations at this point or is this reserved for my husband's interview. I'm most confused at this point :help: I don't want to give overkill here. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

All you need to include with the K3 is your marriage certificate. You do not need to supply pictures as proof of your relationship. Here's a checklist of what you need to send with the K3

Required Supporting Documents for the I-129F Petition

From the U.S. Citizen:

• A Clear Copy of the I-130 I-797 Filing Receipt

• Copy of Birth Certificate for U.S. Citizen.

• Copy of Marriage Certificate:

• Copy of Complete Final Divorce Decree from all Previous Marriages - U.S. Citizen.

• 2 USCIS color photographs of U.S. Citizen.

• Cover Letter to USCIS - I-129F Petition

From the Foreign National Spouse:

• Copy of Birth Certificate for Foreign National Spouse.

• Copy of Complete Final Divorce Decree from all Previous Marriages - Foreign National Spouse.

• 2 USCIS color photographs of Foreign National Spouse.

You do not need to send photos etc.

Amarceau -- I have never seen the requirement of the birth certificate of the foreign spouse, where did you find this? It just made me really nervous b/c I just filed my I-129F on Monday!
