Consulate Review: Morocco
Review Topic: K3 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : September 7, 2007
Embassy Review : Our Appointment date was March 19th 2007 We had evertything you could imagine, phone records, photos, dvd's, copies of boarding passes and even a typed letter from the senator of our state with his stamp seal. Go figure they ask to see no evidence at all. My husband laid it where they could see it and was waiting for them to ask they never did. They ask him about eight questions. their main concern was how many times I had traveled there and they wanted to know dates...like they did'nt already know this info I registered with them each time I went they also wanted to know who lived in our home and how we met. We are 10 years and a few months age difference me being the older and this was never addressed. We were asked to return the arrest record with none and the line through it. (I think that is what it is called) but we already knew we had to have this done..or course my husband did not listen when I told him this...but that was the only thing. The lady ask for this to be done and return it along with his passport the next day, which we did and then we received the call on our wedding anniversay to pick up the visa which was March 30, 2007...So for us it went well We left Morocco on April 12th and arrived in SC on April 13th so all in all it was a good experience so far.....Now on to the adjustment os status our next step!!!!
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
