IMBRA Issues

Now I am seeing that if the websites are not compliant with the IMBRA we can get rejected. It looks like this puts things on hold even if they are because they have to contact the site to talk to them.

I guess I am not understanding IMBRA at all now. And WHERE can I find the law written out in its entirety as I can not find it on a search engine nor on the USCIS site. It's like they are hiding or something.

I am quite irritated with this as I DO NOT think the site we met on is an MB however it has been pointed to both YES and No...so confused as what to answer....

Hi, BlueRain!

Charles'Angel has recently had a similar problem. See this thread:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=33994

I understand that you're trying to fill in your IMBRA RFE supplement and that you've already found a clue as to what an IMB could be. You might also find the discussion under the above-mentioned topic useful.

God bless!
