Try to gather more evidences. Most important thing is that you may consider to visit few more times, and spend alot of quality time to make your case stronger.

He may consider few things: Like get an insurance, where he put your name as a beneficially, bank account with both of your name, or any property or assets would be helpful.

Hope it helps.

Lagos counts heavily the call records in their evidence requirements. I would advise paying more and having good records. Unfortunately a child does not prove anything to immigration other than 2 people had sex. Make sure to provide a good timeline of you relationship and document it through the pictures as much as you can.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Also he may want to start using something like localphone.com to call you instead of calling cards. I have read lately that Lagos isnt really taking the calling cards as evidence but you can always try you never know each case is different. I think once you get the phone thing worked out you will have enough. you have pics, visa stamps, flight iteneraries, phone logs etc.....make sure everything is organized and you should be ok good luck

I would suggest using bossrevolution because it shows calls from and calls to;localphone does not show calls from. I found that out and stop using localphone to call Nigeria
