G325A/and Foreign Language Document

Is it permissable to fill out just the first page of the G325A and copy it 4 times with an original signature on all 4? Also, if a piece of evidence (like a rental receipt) has both english and a foreign language on it will it be ok to send without a translation? The document clearly says RENT A CAR in english, clearly says Client, with my signature and date, and has most of the headings in both english and french, but the terms and conditions of the contract (ie. the small print) are not in english. Any feedback on this one?

as far the G325A goes you can fill it in on the computer and print it out..filling out the first page all the information goes to the other three..

and the rental car receipts i wouldnt have the foggist .. i assume they would know its a rental receipt and recognise the signature as yours...

No If you look at the bottom of the 4 different pages they indicate that they go to different departments Page 1 is Ident page, 2 is Rec Br page, 3 is marked C and 4 is for the consulate.

The down loadable form only requires you to fill the first page, and the document will automatically fill page 2-4 for you, and when you print out all 4, they will all be completed, so you wont have to fill them all out separately. They will look at the 4 pages to see that they are in fact the 4 different pages.

You cannot just copy the first page four times! Why? Each page of the G-325A is slightly different.

You must print out each of the four, but you can fill out just the first using acrobat reader and when you set to print, it will print all 4 of them.

If the document has both English and foreign language is perfectly acceptable.
