It doesn't matter who fills them out but one has the US Citizen petitioner's information and signature and one has the foreign beneficiary's information and signature. This information is quite clear in the I-130 instructions. Careful study of form instructions will be critical to any ultimate success.

Some can't fit in the box, do you think its still okey to send to this to USCIS???

:hehe:

This too, is covered in the I-130 instructions. If they are asking for information, make sure they get the information.

Another dumb question

-when filling up addressees, is it okey if I only put PHILS. instead of Philippines? :bonk: :bonk: :bonk:

NO. If there are some spaces where Philippines cannot be spelled out, just type as much as WILL fit. It will be clear what is meant but viewing the other spaces where the country name is spelled out.

See here for an example of the consequences of not studying and following the instructions.
