I just lost my job recently. Does anyone know if Consulate in Laos will accept a sponsor for K1 visa?

I'm going to assume they do but another Member can only answer that. I'm unfamiliar with Loas.

But, to help other Members, what was your Gross Income on 2010 Taxes and ANTICIPATED 2011 Gross Income. ?

There is NO requirement for Income on the 129-F Petition. I see NVC has your File and will go to that Country Soon.

Save all your Stubs from Payment from Unemployment if you are getting benefits.

Thats a Start.

Are you guys saying you don't need to include your proof of income like your bank statements and income tax with the I-129?

No. You do not send in the I-134 and financial documents with the I-129F petition. Those are needed after the petition is approved for the consulate and K-1 interview. Check the guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide and flowchart: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow

Hey good luck with the interview. I'm sure you two will get your visa  Please let me know what questions they ask ok? My fiancee should be getting her interview in March or April. At least, that's an educated guess. Again, good luck  Have a nice day.
