how do I know which form to use ?

If I am trying for a K-1 Visa and sent in my I-129F will they tell me which to use or can someone tell me? I need a co sponsor too so do I fill out one I-134 and my brother another I-134? Is there any other form that is specifically for people who have co sponsors? Thanks.

Different consulates use different forms. Email yours and ask or use the 'embassy guides' link at the top of the page.

Yeah, like Tracy said email the consulate or check out the guides at the top of the page. Your embassy may also have a website where you can find out the info.

Or go to your U.S. Embassy / Consulate’s website and it might tell you there. If not I am sure someone going through Morocco will answer in a little while.

I found out which form to use by going to the Consulate website

The I-864 is not used for K visas.

The I-134 is generally, but not always required by Consulates. I think you'll find from reading experiences from others using your Consulate that the I-134 with lots of supporting evidence will be required.

If you need an additional sponsor, that person will complete their own I-134 and use their own evidence.
