My case has been @ nvc 39 days!!! I'm so depressed I can't take this anymore. I call everyday and everyday a car tells e something stupid and/ or random. I have emailed them 2 times and gotten two form letter emails, saying case is ready for processing. Everyone around me is paying as and IV fees in as little as 2-3 days and my case appears to be in a black hole. Only one customer service rep AGREED that something is wrong and said she would flag my case to a spvsr this was on Wednesday. I am still waiting! :(.... my husband hates me being so depressed, but I don't know what else to do at this point. :(

@ together forever..... yes I got noa2 on Oct 23, I think an it reached nvc on 10/31.

JaHoney, I do not know what is going on with your case at NVC. The good thing is a supervisor will have to look at it but the bad thing is that it might hold it up another week or so. But right now since it has been there so long I would want a supervisor FINDING it.

Some people back in June or July took 40-66 days to get a NVC number so hang in there.

(I was asking bridgette if she got her noa2 cause her timeline doesn't say it yet.)
