We got notice that an RFE is on its way. I will post what it was if it is anything unusual. We kind of thought we would get one because I forgot to date one of the forms. So glad now we know we are near the NOA2!!!

7/15/11 Sent K1 Petition to Lockbox

8/10/11 STILL NO NOA1!

8/12/11 Called USCIS to get receipt number-NOA1 will be resent

8/16/11 Received NOA1 with date of 7/20/11

1/3/12 NOA2!!!

1/12/12 Got email notice we are through the NVC.

I forgot to date my G325A so we were kind of thinking that was it. I had hoped they would not be that nitpicky but lesson learned. AND you know what? We were thrilled to get our RFE because it was proof we were moving!!! I got the text at work and I jumped up and ran out to call John. We yelled and cheered and sent messages to everyone telling them of it. I find it amusing that other people are being cranky about receiving theirs. WE ARE FINALLY MOVING!!!!!!!!!!!!
