Hey all!

So, I just sent my fiance all of my stuff for the I-134 (the form itself, letters from employers, letters from bank, pay stubs) and also all the same from my cosponsor. But I am wondering...is it ok that I sent tax transcripts from the IRS instead of the tax returns and W2's? Does it really matter which on I send (UK specifically)? My cosponsor sent their actual tax return copy and W2s. Now I'm nervous that I should have sent him those instead! Ahh!

Thanks and hope everyone is doing well!

Transcripts are better as they are from the IRS and show what was actually filed. You can generate a tax return yourself in Turbotax. Given the two, I'd believe the tax transcripts...

But since your co-sponsor sent the W2's, you should be OK.

Thanks guys! Just to make sure, I got the tax return transcript instead of the tax account transcript. Is that the correct one? since the IRS website lets you pick which you want

Tax transcripts or tax return with W2 are both totally fine for London. They will approve an I-134 without any tax return at all if you have other valid proof of income or assets, which you've got with the other three things you mentioned above. You are more than covered. They don't even require anything from you since you don't have enough income. He could even sponsor himself if he had alot of money and thus no I-134 at all. The I-134 for London isn't as strict as the I-864 you will do for adjustment of status.
