We're on the same boat, waiting for NOA2. I got all the NSO documents applicable to us (birth certificate of me and our daughter, marriage certificate, CeMar), NBI clearance, and I had our passports renewed already. I also told my husband we'll need W-2's, ITR's, and letter of (self-)employment for both him and our planned co-sponsor.

If you want, you can attend the CFO seminar so that when your visa comes (soon, hopefully), you'll only need to redeem the sticker.

Thanks for the ideas Reginakrys! By the way is a marriage certificate from NSO differs with Cemar? So meaning if I do have the authenticated Marriage Certificate still i need to secure CEMAR at NSO?

Yes, CeMar and Marriage Certificate are two different things. I just read online that the consular officer specifically asked to see a CeMar during the interview, so I just decided to get one just in case. I already have both of these documents. I ordered through e-Census.
