My husband had his interview on Oct 15 and was given the blue paper to go his phone records. He then had a second interview on nov 15. they then told him that case was return to the dhs because the interview was convinced the marriage was real. He had all the proof required.

Why didn't your husband recieve his visa back in 2007, when you recv'd yours? You'll were married in 2006, and you recv'd your GC in 2007.
