If both petitions were not approved on the same day, the I-129F cannot be approved later. This puts you on a CR1 or IR1 visa path, not K3.

what do you want to happen next?

If you are thinking about a K-3 visa, note there are two paths for two visa types - the K-3 visa is just one of them.

You have some choices - so - what do you want to happen next?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Again, unless the I-129F was approved concurrently with the I-130, it cannot ever be approved, meaning only the immigrant visa path is available.
