Are you wanting to expedite? Or just question them in general? Just call them. Either way both calling and emailing seem to get lame boring responses! But if you want to try and expedite then email is better.

Usually Cairo sends out emails on the 29th of MOST months for interview dates for January. So, if they are still scheduling interviews like they did for December then we will get an interview for January but if they slow down then we will look for Feb... yuck.

email them and WRITE THE NVC CASE NUMBER IN THE SUBJECT LINE!

then in the body of your email write the petitioner's full name and date of birth

then the beneficiary's full name and date of birth...at the top of the email

then ask your questions as breifly and to the point as possible.

Usually you get a reply within 48hrs between 2pm and 6pm eastern time.

I have emailed them multiple times and that has been my experience.

Even if they dont give the response you desire or look forward to the fact that you made someone look into ur file may dig it up from "accummulating dust" and speed the process
