Hi, Everyone..Hope you can help me with my problem. I am applying for fiancee visa cause my fiancee want us to stay together in the US. But I am afraid if my documents could be denied by the immigration, I only knew that the fiancee visa will take six months of processing the visa. And if it is denied it will take a year. How can we avoid this situation?? I badly need your advice..Thank you!!

Are you the petitioner or the beneficiary? You need to read the guides My link for the K1 visa. It is important to have as much evidence/proof of your relationship as possible, particularly the times you have been together and ongoing proof of your relationship.
