not able to pay IV fee

hey again...got a prob..our ds3032 was received three days ago..and after that our IV fee status showed "not paid"..i thought my petitioner would be able to pay then..but we werent able to click on the "select option"..today we received the IV fee invoice..still not able to click on the "select button"..any similar experiences..Thanku...

It could be the browser you're using. The same thing happened to me when I used Chrome to try to pay the IV fee. Many here have suggested Internet Explorer. I don't have (or like) IE, though, so I tried Safari, which worked.

if you received the iv fee invoice you should be able to selecte the fee( i had the same issue ) , if you are using IE call the NVC now and check what's the problem

ok thanks..am using chrome..will try signing in IE..i called NVC, they said the same thing..to try using IE..since everything seems ok from their side.

I had same problem. I just waited 2 days, and after that, it was resolved automatically.

Just chiming in with the exact same thing. I had to pay it with IE. For such a simple website you'd think they could make it cross-platform!
