I need advice will be grateful if you can help me out. I have recently changed my name to my husband's and I am wondering if when I get to the port of entry and I show them my change of name doc I can have my green card in my new name. My visa is in my old name..

POE does not change the name on the green card for you.

You will likely have to apply for a change of name via the I-90 form and a fee.

Your paperwork must match the name on your passport and your future green card. Your green card can be changed after POE with the I-90 form and a fee.

Visa is already issued and in the passport. That would be a huge issue to deal with.
