DOES THIS MEAN I'LL HAVE TO WAIT FIVE MONTHS BEFORE I RECEIVE NOA2??WHATS HAPPENING TO K3s?

It's been almost two months since I've received NOA1 for my 129F and am still awaiting on NOA2. I looked up the processing dates on uscis and its stuck on Receipt Notice of March20th.Does this mean I'll have to wait another three months before I recieve NOA2

My 129F NOA1 receipt notice date is July 27th. How soon should I be expecting NOA2? Please advise and just as an fyi, i have filled the new 129F that includes the IMBRA Question.

Thanks in advance

if that's what the processing timelines say, then yep, it'll be about that long. Or longer.

Maybe i'm an optimist....but I really believe what I was told by USCIS...they are processing those RFE's for imbra.....so to cut down on the calls they put that date.......I was also told that they are working on March Apr and May right now.......so give them some time to clean up the mess and then start their regular load!!

If you recall back in July they were working on May '06 so I can't imagine it being that bad where they won't be working on June July by next month.......

just my humble opinion......

My advice is that you ignore those processing dates as they don't really give you a true picture for how long it will take. Our petition was approved in 63 days, and many other have been approved in shorter times.
