Hello, I am preparing I-130 form to send my husband.. I am the beneficiary, I am confuse what to write Letter C no. 22 in the form.. I am here in the Philippines. Which Address should write, my address here in the Philippines or my husband address in USA? please help!

04/18/07 first he sent message to me ( Interkontakt.net) then we became friends, bestfriends, and a lover :)

01/13/08 we first met personally at NAIA airport

o1/21/08 became engaged

01/25/08 he flew back to FL.

04/10/08 papers sent to VSC

04/15/08 papers received to VSC

04/21/08 check cashed/ noticed receipt issued (noa1)

04/24/08 touched

04/25/08 noa1 hard copy received

05/21/08 touched

07/28/08 touched ( i was so excited if we will get approve )

07/29/08 touched ( but it was an rfe lol )

07/29/08 rfe sent from uscis and fiance received it through fax. actually he called that time to follow up our case and the woman said that we have our rfe so my fiance asked to send it through fax right away.

07/29/08 request documents needed sent to uscis

If you are the beneficiary are you in the U.S. currently?

Page c #22 is for adjustment of status if YOU are applying while currently in the U.S.

If you are not doing an adjustment of status in the U.S. you do not need to fill out that question just put N/A.

The question is worded in a way they assume the petitioner (your husband) is filling out the forms.

That is not for YOUR address. That is related to where "adjustment of status" or where you will apply for the visa.

Since you are NOT in the U.S., you will apply for the visa in Manila.

So you fill in the blanks on the right side of that question.

question #22 says; Complete the information below if your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status.

The right side asks where you will apply for a Visa abroad, that is what you fill in.

And same question. Why isn't he filling in the form? Your husband needs to sign it and mail it.

Like the other poster stated, since you are the one filling out the I-130, "YOU" means your husband (petitioner) as if he is filling out the petition.

I was just curious as to why you're the one doing the work, it is usually the USC/petitioner leading off the process with a I-130 or I-129F.

Keep asking questions as you need.

06/22/2012 - SS card arrived by mail

04/24/14 - Sent I-751 to remove conditions

06/09/14 - Biometrics

11/2014 - RFE from USCIS requesting more evidence before approval

Late Jan - Sent further evidence of marriage

03/05/2015 - Got letter of approval for removal of conditions

03/15/2015 - Permanent 10 yr green card received via mail

Lady23, I'm wondering if I missed something, correct me if I am. Your husband and you are going for CR-1 correct? You have a pretty extensive timeline on your signature, where is that from? :wacko:

They timeline is K1,no CR1. Are you been denied for the k1? You don't have to put your business out there. However, we need the truth for us to able to help you. I think you should hire a lawyer.
