First time posting here, but I have been avidly reading anything I can here in my spare time for at least a month. Well...a little about our situation: We met online last March and spent one week together in Manila last July. I have finished filling out both the I129F and G325A (for both of us) but I am a bit unsure as to whether to file as soon as I get signed G325A and letter of intent to marry back from my fiancee or wait until mid February after returning from 3 week trip to see her again? My main concern is the photographic evidence of us meeting: I was not thinking ahead that we need lots of pictures together so we only have 3 pictures together (and one of these my fiancee edited with a bunch of hearts on the borders and our names....and lost the original unedited picture)...I do have plenty of other evidence of the trip: itinerary, boarding passes, baggage tags, bank statements showing debit card purchases all over Manila. I am just wondering if 3 less than ideal pictures is good enough for photographic evidence or should I wait 3+ months until after second trip to see her?

The most important part of the I-129F petition is having met the past 2 years prior to submitting the application. Everything else you will gather for proof

of ongoing/bonafide relationship which you'll need during the interview for the visa approval. You should be fine with what you have now. Good luck!

Agree with the previous post, thus, your fiancee might need another trip before the interview so that you can gather more pictures and evidence, some CO's look for pictures with family members like your parents, siblings etc.

You two have met once in person within the last two years, so you meet that criteria. File.

The next meeting will just serve as more evidence of your relationship and the evidence of that trip can be brought to the interview as such.

It's not really the pictures I'm concerned about but just the time spent the first time (one week)? This hardly time spend, you hardly got over your jet lag with that time...lol, I think it would be best for both parties to wait to see how the second trip(3 weeks) goes.

Technically, you got no problem, he could make another trip and get more pictures but you met him this years March and just spent a week together in person and now filing? How sure are you that this is the right person given that it's a long distance relationship. Take more time. Just an opinion. Who knows the co and the rest of the reviewers might think the same way that Crustifur and I do. They could give you a hard time because they can.
