IV Application Processing Fees

Hi

I tried since monday to pay the IV Application Processing Fees, but the select "box" is inactive, I'm using IE as browser I tried also with firefox and chrome. Any idea please ???

Then it could be a technical issue - call NVC and try to get this fixed.

I am in the same boat as you, hic36. I just called NVC and the operator mentioned that the payment can only be done through an IE browser. After looking at my particular case she said that my DS-3032 is still outstanding and they are waiting for it. I replied that my wife emailed it on October 20 and received the automated acceptance email. She then put me on hold to speak with her supervisor. When she returned, she said that they are still reviewing my choice of agent email and once it is invoiced I will be able to pay it online.

We had exactly the same issue as you. When I called the NVC the operator said it takes a few days for them to update their system online, so even if you are invoiced for the bill it may take a few days before you can pay it online. Hope this helps and keep trying because you'll eventually be able to pay it!

Just an update...I received 2 emails from NVC today at 3:51 and 4:14; respectively. The first email says that the choice of agent has been registered. The second email states that NVC is still awaiting the DS-3032. When I went to the NVC sign in website I was finally able to pay the bill.

Maybe there has just been a lag for a week or so. Hopefully everyones will start to clear up soon too.
